The University of Southern California’s Glorya Kaufman School of Dance showcase of the Advanced Composition works of Choreography students. My piece is a musical theatre influenced comtemporary piece about the struggle between starting a new life as an adult in a far away city and wanting to be home with your family due to the fear of fleeting time.

A Heartbeat in the Darkness

Choreographed during the pandemic. Incorporated dancing for the screen (projections) and for the stage. There was a dance with an overlap of screen and stage working together in a duet. The show was in contemporary style and included viewpoints acting technique for movement. The show was live-streamed with a multi-camera crew.
